HOW TO BOOK
Time between rides and other commitments is often limited, meaning that our time slots are highly in demand and limited in availability!
It's essential that you reserve any massages you require. Simply fill out the booking form on your event page with as much information as possible. You can of course book multiple sessions over the course of your event to keep you loose and in top form throughout all your rides. A member of the Massage Me team will get back to you within 48 hours to confirm your reservations.

WHAT TO BOOK?
Reading this right now, you might not know what your trouble spots are going to be. Every rider is different and so every massage from a Massage Me practitioner will be different - to focus on what YOU and your body need.
Our massages run from 30 minutes up to 90 minutes, so what ever you feel the need to focus on, we've got the time to do it. Pre-event we suggest at least a 30 min massage, but 1 hour is best, to really loosen up tight muscles ready for the big day!
